This was my first experience with Changzhou Aoheng Machinery and I am very happy and satisfied. I had a lot of questions as I was not familiar with the machine. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. The machine is exactly as described, shipping was as expected (China to the US). The product was well packed and arrived safely with FedEx. The after-purchase customer service is 5-star. They have been very helpful in getting me started with my new machine! I will definitely work with this company again and recommend them.
